One unique aspect of Amy’s approach to therapy is her creative solutions. When treating a client’s whole self, Amy incorporates a variety of modalities into the therapy experience. Amy incorporates nature-based practices, mindfulness training, art therapy, play therapy, traditional talk therapy, bibliotherapy, breath work, and physical movement into treatment planning to best meet client needs.

Amy is also a skilled presenter on mental health topics to school officials, students, caregivers and community groups.
